Defined judgment criteria for five waste categories — ineffective retries, redundant tool definitions, redundant context, cache misses and over-provisioned model selection. Designed a diagnostic scheme that collects only structured metadata, never task content, and normalised cross-model cost with an Effective Tokens metric.
